5.2 Verification and Due Diligence

UBZ.ca does not independently verify the information provided by businesses. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any listed business. We are not responsible for any misrepresentations or inaccuracies in business listings.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Content that engages in the following activities is prohibited from listing on our Platform:

  • Adult Entertainment: Including pornography, escort services, or any sexually explicit content.
  • Gambling and Betting: Including online casinos, lotteries, or any form of betting.
  • Illegal Substances: Sale or distribution of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
  • Weapons and Ammunition: Including firearms, explosives, or related accessories.
  • Alcohol-Related Services: Unless properly licensed and explicitly authorized.
  • Tobacco and Vaping Products: Including e-cigarettes and related items.
  • Multi-Level Marketing and Pyramid Schemes: Businesses that primarily recruit participants over selling products.

UBZ.ca reserves the right to remove, without notice or refund, any content listing that violates these guidelines.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Listing Fees

We may charge fees for certain services, such as premium business listings or advertising placements. The applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

6.2 Payment Terms

All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made via the payment methods specified on the Platform.

6.3 Price Changes

UBZ.ca reserves the right to change its fees at any time. Fee changes will not affect services that have already been purchased.

6.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Platform. We may collect applicable taxes as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
