Services and appointments

If you already have a nail finish or extensions, explain what needs removal or maintenance so the salon can recommend an appropriate appointment.

Location and opening hours

Downtown hours are listed as Monday through Friday 10 a.m.–8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.–6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Check holiday changes, current availability and access to the mall’s P1 level before travelling. Use the downtown booking link so the appointment is reserved at the correct branch.

Plan your visit

When booking, explain the result you want and mention any existing products or recent treatments relevant to the service. Ask how long to allow and what is included in the quote. If several services need to be combined, discuss their order and timing in advance. Request preparation or aftercare instructions from the provider, keep the appointment confirmation and review the current change or cancellation arrangements directly with the business.
