Art House

Art House in Ottawa

Art House is a cafe, bar, gallery and event venue at 555 Somerset Street West in Ottawa, Ontario. Its official website presents locally made drinks, artwork, a gift shop and a programme of events. Customers can review the relevant sections before planning a visit or making an enquiry.

Choices and services

The business describes displaying work by artists from the region and offering art and gift items in person and online. The website also presents music, exhibitions and workshops through its event calendar. Check the current programme and ticket arrangements for the particular event you want to attend rather than assuming ordinary cafe access includes every event.

Orders and planning

The contact page distinguishes general questions, gallery purchases and event enquiries. Public performances and events have a booking request process, while private events and rentals have a dedicated contact. Explain the type of occasion, date, number of guests and arrangements you need when asking about hosting something at the venue.

Hours and visits

Published regular hours are Monday through Saturday 9 a.m.–10 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Selected event nights may run later, so confirm the actual date and programme before planning a late visit. Holiday schedules and event access should be checked directly rather than inferred from the regular weekly hours.

Before confirming

Art House is at the corner of Somerset and Bay near Dundonald Park. The website discusses nearby street parking and asks visitors to check posted restrictions. Confirm the location, any practical access needs and the arrangements for your visit. For time-sensitive questions, the contact page recommends calling the business directly.
