My name is Karen, and I am the proud owner and operator of Biker Blondie’s Motorcycle Academy (BBMA). This page has a little information about who I am and what I do. Thanks for reading 🙂

My Story

I have always been interested in motorcycles even as a young child, but the passion for riding really began on the back of my father’s motorcycle. My interest has only grown over the years as I pursued my own riding experiences. As a driving instructor, I am dedicated to teaching new drivers safe driving habits. I am deeply committed to road safety, believing it is crucial to educate and adhere to road rules to protect ourselves and others, whether in a car or on a motorcycle.The goal is not merely to help students pass tests but to instill a lifetime of safe riding practices. Riding offers a sense of freedom and enjoyment, yet it carries inherent risks. We can mitigate these risks through knowledge, learned behaviors, and healthy road habits.​I started Biker Blondie’s Motorcycle Academy mainly as something fun I can do in my spare time, to share my knowledge, passion and love for motorcycles with other people. My community has since grown tremendously and for that I am so grateful. So thank you for being here and I look forward to assisting you in achieving your goals.

Basic Road Safety

Road safety is crucial. It is important to always wear proper safety gear, avoid distractions while riding, and never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol. By practicing good habits, we can help prevent accidents and keep our roads safe for everyone.

Traffic Navigation

Traffic navigation play’s a crucial role in keeping people safe on the road. We go over proper lane positioning and how to keep traffic moving as smoothly as possible in all kinds of scenarios.

Slow Maneuvers

When practicing slow maneuvers its important to remember that you and only you are in control of your motorcycle. Practicing this skill  will help you develop better coordination, confidence and overall control of your motorcycle.

Road Test Prep

Road test preparation is key to getting you fully licensed. We go over the do’s and dont’s to make sure you have no bad habits and are fully prepared to ace your test!

Motorcycle Skills Test Prep

MST prep is an important factor in getting you fully licensed. We go over slow maneuvers as well as a mockup MST to help you ace your actual test that is taken at an ICBC location

If you are just in need of a quick refresh to make sure you are as safe as possible on the road we offer helpful tips and tricks. Whether that be a quick refresh lesson or some good written advice. We can help!
