Gypsum Drywall Interiors Ltd. (GDI) celebrating our twentieth anniversary in 2017. GDI has grown continually over the last twenty plus years and in 2013 partnered with Qualico Developments; one of the largest fully integrated, privately owned real estate companies in Western Canada. GDI works primarily in commercial, multi family and residential construction, with the largest, most professional general contractors and homebuilders in Saskatchewan & Manitoba, helping them execute stunning architecture in interior spaces. GDI focuses primarily on providing interior services such as installing batt, blown-in and polyurethane spray foam insulation & air vapour membranes, acoustic ceilings, acoustical wall panels, steel stud framing as well as traditional drywalling & taping services. GDI always places safety first and backs this by operating as a top COR safety program certified company.

GDI, with offices in Winnipeg and Regina while working throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan, but has also completed projects from Thunder Bay, Ontario in the east, as well Alberta to the west.

With an extremely dedicated office staff of over 25 working out of our Winnipeg and Regina offices; GDI operates with an average on site workforce of tradesperson that is 300 + strong, allowing us to craft stunning interiors, under the tightest of construction schedules, while using only the best, most reliable, top-quality building materials available.
