The Grill station offers Meal Boxes and Protein Boxes, each available with a choice of Soya, Soft Cheese, Chicken, Lamb, or Mushroom. Meal Boxes are served with seasoned rice and a side salad, while Protein Boxes let customers choose their own sides, including rice, salad, or fries in Spiced or Salt & Pepper style. The Rotisserie station serves whole, half, and quarter slow roasted chicken, cooked until the skin turns deep in colour and the meat pulls cleanly from the bone, served with basmati rice.
