LEO’S PLUMBING & HEATING LTD. IN VANCOUVER:
Leo Lambropoulis dreamed of starting his own business as a young boy growing up in Greece in the 1940s. After working with tradesmen around Athens and moving to South America to learn the plumbing business, Leo apprenticed under various plumbing companies in Vancouver starting in 1957 and gained his journeyman ticket. Here he made his dream a reality, founding Leo’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd. in 1970.
1970 – Opened at 10th & Alma (6 years).
1976 – Moved to Broadway & Dunbar.
1984 – Relocated to Broadway & Collingwood.
2000 – Bought 3644 4th Ave W, current location.
