Catering services

Explain the type of gathering, preferred meal format and any practical constraints so the team can discuss an appropriate proposal.

Locations and arrangements

Published office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with Saturday and Sunday closed. These are office hours rather than a promise of event service availability. Confirm a meeting, tasting or collection directly before visiting Railside Road, and check any holiday changes. For a venue-based event, ask how the catering arrangements fit the venue’s access and equipment.

Plan your event

When requesting a proposal, provide the date, guest count, venue and preferred service style. Discuss dietary needs, delivery access and the time food should be served. Ask whether staffing, rentals and cleanup are included in the quote or need separate arrangements. Confirm ordering notice, deposits, changes and cancellation terms directly before committing. Keep the agreed menu, quantities and service details with your event plan.
