Since opening our doors in 2003 the Portuguese style of cooking has been the essence of Embers. Old family recipes are the heart and soul of our good food. Open grilled cooking with natural herbs and spices, which make for the Embers unique flavour. Our chickens are farm natural, ribs are top quality and our beef is ‘AAA’, and of course we bake our own style of stone baked bread.
