Plan your visit

When arranging an appointment, explain your current hair, recent colour or other treatments, and your preferred result. Ask how long to allow and what is included in the quote. Check whether washing, finishing or an additional treatment is part of the selected service. If you are coordinating an event or several services, discuss the timing in advance. Keep the chosen stylist, service and date in your confirmation, and review change or cancellation arrangements directly with the business.
