Plan your event

When requesting a proposal, provide the event date, venue, guest count and preferred meal style. Discuss dietary needs and ingredients directly. Ask which equipment, staffing, delivery, setup and cleanup arrangements are included in the quote. Confirm ordering notice and the complete service timeline, and keep the agreed menu and quantities with your event plan. Review deposits, changes and cancellation arrangements before committing to a booking.
