Our journey began in 2006, in a small 400 sq. ft. shop in West Vancouver. It was just us – five close friends with a shared dream. We wanted to do more than bake; we wanted to use our pastries as a canvas to tell stories, evoke nostalgic aromas, and inspire with impeccable flavors. With a passion for artistry and craftsmanship, we created Bisou Bakehouse.What started as a humble shop soon became a cherished name in the community.
