We founded Filadelfia Construction because we feel that drywall finishing is an art. Many take this craft lightly, but perfection should be standard when it comes to your home. Being that ‘Filadelfia’ in it’s origins means brotherly love, we are a team of close-knit individuals with over 10 years of experience. We work efficiently and cleanly in order to give you the perfect results you imagined, without the mess.

Since opening in 2017, we have become masters of our craft. We go above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied and will work with us again. Offering services including insulation, drywall installation, taping/finishing, popcorn and texture removal, priming and painting and all types of repairs in renovations, in Toronto and the GTA. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. Detail matters from the first coat!

RODNEY PACHECO
PRESIDENT

Rodney has over 10 years of experience in the construction and drywall contracting business. His extensive knowledge of interior finishes and diverse skillset sets the standard for the company. A master drywall finisher himself, he has established the business from the ground up, implementing a detailed and thought out process to ensure the highest quality finishes. With his close involvement on every project and close attention to each clients needs, you will feel at ease and sure that every detail of your project will be met.

ALEX PACHECO
FOREMAN / ESTIMATOR

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Alex leads our job sites as Foreman with precision and professionalism. He’s responsible for overseeing our crews and coordinating different trades through every stage of our drywall package—from insulation to final touch-ups and Painting, being a painter by trade, personally overseeing our Paint Division. Alex ensures that each project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets the high standards that define Filadelfia Construction. His experience, leadership, and eye for detail make him an invaluable part of delivering top-quality results.

MICHAEL SILVA

ACCOUNT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR

Michael brings extensive experience in project estimation. His expertise ensures accurate quotes, smooth communication, and personalized support throughout every project. With a focus on building lasting client relationships, he works closely with homeowners and contractors to meet timelines and expectations, ensuring every detail is managed from start to finish.
