Hitch + Boler Coffee Roasters & Cafe

Hitch and Boler in Steinbach

Hitch and Boler is a coffee roaster and cafe in the Collecta Artisan Cooperative at Clearspring Centre in Steinbach, Manitoba. The current contact page gives Unit 31, 178 PTH 12 North as the cafe location. Customers can visit for a drink or enquire about coffee beans and brewing equipment.

Food and choices

The business describes roasting its coffee on site in the cafe. Its menu includes brewed coffee, pour-over coffee, Americanos, lattes, cappuccinos and mochas. Tea-based drinks and hot chocolate are also listed, giving visitors options beyond espresso drinks. Check the current menu and available beans before choosing an order.

Orders and planning

The drinks menu also presents iced coffee, iced espresso drinks, iced tea and other cold choices. The business offers roasted beans to take home and a selection of coffee equipment. Ask about the current products, grind or brewing method appropriate to your routine rather than assuming all beans or equipment serve the same purpose.

Contact and location

The cafe is part of a local artisan cooperative, but the contact page distinguishes enquiries for Hitch and Boler from vendor enquiries for Collecta. Use the coffee business’s dedicated email and telephone contact for drinks, beans or cafe questions. Confirm the Clearspring Centre unit and arrival details when planning your visit.

Before your visit

The homepage and contact page publish different morning opening times for weekdays and Saturday. This profile therefore does not assert a single fixed weekly schedule. Confirm current hours directly before travelling, particularly for an early visit. Discuss ingredients and dietary needs with the cafe and check any collection timing before placing an order.
