Rudy’s Catering Service

Rudy's Catering in Halifax

Rudy's Catering is at 1681 Granville Street in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia. The official website describes a family-owned business serving the city since 1983. It combines a food menu with catering information, allowing customers to plan a restaurant visit or discuss food for an occasion.

Menus and catering services

The website provides catering sections for special occasions, weddings, brunch meetings and events. The restaurant menu includes breakfast, omelettes, burgers, sandwiches, fried chicken, fish and chips, salads and cinnamon rolls. Review the current menu and ask which choices can be included in an event order; restaurant examples do not necessarily represent every catering package.

Location and availability

Weekday hours are listed as Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m.–4 p.m. Weekend schedules differ between sections of the website, so confirm Saturday and Sunday availability directly before visiting. For a catering enquiry, discuss the proposed date and serving time rather than assuming restaurant opening hours define event service availability.

Plan your event

When requesting a proposal, provide the event date, venue, guest count and preferred meal style. Explain dietary requirements early and discuss ingredients and preparation with the caterer. Ask what is included in the quote, how much notice is needed and which equipment or staffing must be arranged separately. Confirm delivery or collection timing and any venue restrictions. Keep the agreed menu and service scope, and review changes, deposits and cancellation arrangements before committing.
